The Premier Series includes systems like the IBC CX high-efficiency condensing combi boiler, which provides both domestic hot water and home heating in a single compact unit. It features a touchscreen control system for easy monitoring, diagnostics, and precision setup.
This system improves energy efficiency, reduces waste, and supports the multi-zone heating used in our Modern Brownstones.
Cooling Built for Performance
For communities where cooling is included or available, we use products like the Hisense Hi-Ultra HD air conditioner. With performance ratings up to SEER2 18 and HSPF2 9, it provides powerful climate control while helping lower utility costs.
Its compact design also reduces mechanical room footprint, maintaining the sleek, intentional layout of our homes.
Efficiency in Every Specification Level
Even our Essential Series includes features like improved insulation, high-efficiency heating systems, HRV ventilation, radon rough-in, and high-performance windows. These components contribute to long-term durability and lower energy use, even at our most attainable price points.
As you move into Partners Plus, you’ll see added mechanical refinements, such as included humidifiers and improved comfort-control systems.
At the top end, the Premier Series (Modern Brownstones) integrates all the advanced mechanical elements described above, along with multi-zone climate management and interconnected smart controls for refined, personalized comfort.
