In many cases, our included features compare very favourably to other builders’ comparable products.
Additionally, every home with a shared wall includes our industry-leading QuietWall™ system, designed to go well beyond standard code requirements. While Alberta’s minimum STC (Sound Transmission Class) requirement for party walls is 50 decibels, our QuietWall™ achieves 57 STC, that’s significantly less sound transfer than what’s typically required.
Our specifications are tied to the community and home type. From there, buyers can personalize with our designer styles and, depending on the home, upgrade packages.
Essential Series
Essential is our core standard, and it is intentionally robust. It includes a full appliance package, quartz throughout, soft-close cabinetry, LVP flooring, HRV and high-efficiency heating, on-demand hot water, and important behind-the-walls features like higher insulation values and radon rough-in. Our exterior elevations in our condo, duplex and street towns are designed for curb-appeal and always include front of the home Hardie-board siding.

Partners Plus Series
Partners Plus builds on Essential with more refined materials and finish details. Highlights include 3 cm quartz, an upgraded kitchen package (built-in microwave with trim kit and chimney-style hood fan), full-height shower tile, glass shower doors where applicable, upgraded fixtures, and a humidifier included. Exterior beauty includes a variety of durable climate resilient finishes like stone, brick, and Hardie-siding.

Premier Series
Premier is our most elevated specification. It includes a chef-inspired appliance suite, 3 cm quartz, smooth ceilings, spa-level ensuite finishes like heated floors and frameless glass, advanced multi-zone HVAC, EV rough-in, smart home enhancements, fire-rated construction, and sound-suppressing Quiet Wall systems.
Premier also includes the support of a professional interior designer, who guides homeowners through selections and customization for a fully curated experience.
