We were looking for a new home to downsize to and went through almost every option available. After visiting the Partners showhome, there was no comparison regarding the construction and available upgrades as Partners has a much higher standard than other townhome builders. I have purchased other new builds in the past, and have found that there is also no comparison to Partners when it comes to their management, customer care, and customer service – it’s all outstanding!

I have been in construction for 10 years, and after doing walk throughs of many builders in the Nw and Sw, Partners stood well above in their product. Everything from the durability of the material used on the exterior to stand up to any weather, to all the interior finishes/layouts that you don't find in other places within the same price. Before we found Partners we shopped around at just about every builder there was. Now, let me tell you the best thing about Partners, it is their people. We are a semi-retired couple who decided to downsize to a townhome. This was going to be quite a life change and for the past year we wondered if we had done the right thing and would be satisfied with the amount of space. We are very happy to say our doubts were unwarranted. We appreciate the open concept of the second floor, the front hall entrance has so much space and is welcoming. All the bathrooms are of good proportions and the cabinet space in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen is more than sufficient. The warm color package that Ismahan helped us choose makes our kitchen stunning, modern, but homey. We are pleased to say we are a Partners homeowner.
